2. Products & Availability
All items listed are subject to availability. Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee stock at all times. Product colours and designs may appear slightly different due to screen variations.

3. Orders & Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled up to end-of-day on the day they’re placed. After that, cancellations are not accepted. Spottlite reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Exchanges & Returns
To initiate, message us on WhatsApp at +91 91136 09569 within 5 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging. Once approved for exchange the exchanged product will be re-delivered within 5-7 working days.

5. Shipping
We ship across India. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on location.

6. Liability
Spottlite is not responsible for delays, loss, or damages once a parcel is with the courier. Any claims must be raised with the courier partner directly.

7. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Data shared with us (address, contact details, etc.) is used only to fulfil orders or communicate with you. We do not share your data with third parties.
